Thanks to the unbelievable generosity of the attendees on Friday night, we raised £30,000 for The Ben Kinsella Trust and Heart Safe. £15,000 will be used for the purchasing and distribution of bleed kits into communities within Derbyshire, with a focus on hotspots where knife crime is most prevalent. We'll be purchasing these from HeartSafe who map the kits to inform the public, NHS and Police of their nearest bleed kit dispenser. The remaining £15,000 will go towards paying for children to experience The Ben Kinsella exhibition in Nottingham, which educates young people about the consequences of knife crime.

We want to take the opportunity to thank Nationwide Windows & Doors, our headline sponsor, as well as all of the other companies who helped support our event through sponsorship, ticket sales, donations, entering and judging - without your help, this event would not be able to take place, so thank you very much!

If you have any photos to share, please make sure you use the hashtag #BCAwards25 on LinkedIn and X.

Thank you, and until next time,

The EEM Team
