At Efficiency East Midlands, we are dedicated to supporting our members and their communities through our Community Donation Scheme. We are thrilled to announce that we will be distributing a remarkable £625,000 in community donations this year.
As a not-for-profit organisation, EEM distributes its operating surplus to our membership, based on member spend through EEM in the previous financial year. Supplier spend on materials through our supply chain also contributes, with a special bonus for first-time users of our services.
Since 2014, our Community Donation Scheme has distributed over £2 million. With this new distribution, we will reach an impressive total of over £2.6 million. Our members have utilised their donations in incredible ways, supporting over 700 worthy causes such as community groups, charities, foodbanks, community events, tenant training, and communal refurbishments.
We are immensely proud of the positive impact our Community Donation Scheme has had over the years. This achievement is a testament to the collective efforts of our members, suppliers, and the entire EEM team, including our Board of Directors.
