This framework, formerly known as Void Property Services, covers the cleaning, clearing and security of a range of vacant properties.
The framework is split into three workstream lots;
Lot 1 | Clearing and Cleaning (National Coverage)
Lot 2 | Security Services (National Coverage)
Lot 3 | Turn-Key Vacant Property Management (Midlands and National Coverage)
