• Being the primary source for all your materials requirements across all trades
• Management of the materials supply on your behalf for a programme of a construction, refurbishment, redevelopment or other significant programme of works
• Management of all aspects of your new or existing dedicated store including utilities, staffing, security, signage, safety, etc. as well as fulfilling the materials requirements
• Assembly of orders of multiple materials to your own store for speedy delivery
• Preparation of pre-picked ’kits’ eg a bathroom suite and all required ancillary items
• Management of any third party suppliers including sourcing, ordering, price management, payment and invoicing

• Receiving delivery of and storing bulky items such as kitchen units until they are required by the Member.

The next steps towards making cost and efficiency savings
Once we understand your operational requirements, we will invite you to provide us with a list of your most frequently purchased items. We will then work with the suppliers who are most suited to meet your operational and geographical requirements to conduct a thorough price comparison exercise. Once we have established your best solutions in terms of service and price, we will be available to arrange and attend introduction meetings with you and the appropriate supplier(s). We will then continue to guide you through entire call-off process, provide and draft your contract, and offer support for the duration of your contract.
