Property Maintenance and Responsive Repairs Framework (EEM0082)
EEM are looking to establish a new Property Maintenance and Responsive Repairs Framework which also includes specialist and minor maintenance works. This framework is set to replace our existing Property Maintenance DPS (DPS0009) which expires in September 2026. The framework will be tendered via the Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) as an Open Framework with a single planned reopening period.
The framework will provide a comprehensive procurement solution for maintaining, repairing, and improving public sector buildings and grounds.
