🟡 Property Maintenance and Responsive Repairs Framework (EEM0082)
EEM is looking to establish a new Property Maintenance and Responsive Repairs Framework which also includes specialist and minor maintenance works. This framework is set to replace our existing Property Maintenance DPS (DPS0009) which expires in September 2026. The framework will be tendered via the Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) as an Open Framework with a single planned reopening period.
The framework will provide a comprehensive procurement solution for maintaining, repairing, and improving public sector buildings and grounds.
Premliminary Market Engagement ends: 27th February
Tender Release: 06th April
Estimated Framework Go Live: 21st September 2026
