Building Communities Awards

At the core of our not-for-profit organisation lies a deep commitment to social value. We’re dedicated to creating meaningful, positive change in our local communities.
By prioritising social value in all our decisions and initiatives, we aim to foster a widespread culture of responsibility and community engagement.

About the Building Communities Awards

The Building Communities Awards, organised by Efficiency East Midlands (EEM), were established in 2015 to recognise achievements in housing and construction. The awards have been held annually ever since and are now a key fixture in the sector, celebrating professionalism, innovation, and excellence.

The ceremony provides a platform for industry professionals to share best practice, network, and be recognised for their contributions, reflecting EEM’s commitment to supporting the sector and driving positive social impact.

The deadline for entries for the Building Communities Awards 2026 has now passed, but tickets are still on sale! We’d love for all EEM members and suppliers to join us, whether or not you submitted an entry, to celebrate excellence in the sector and support charitable causes.
