Building Communities Awards 2026

The Building Communities Awards, hosted by EEM, were established in 2015 to recognise achievements in housing and construction. The awards have been held annually ever since and are now a key fixture in the sector, celebrating professionalism, innovation, and excellence.

The ceremony provides a platform for industry professionals to share best practice, network, and be recognised for their contributions, reflecting EEM’s commitment to supporting the sector and driving positive social impact.

The deadline for entries for the Building Communities Awards 2026 has now passed, but tickets are still on sale! We’d love for all EEM members and suppliers to join us, whether or not you submitted an entry, to celebrate excellence in the sector and support charitable causes.

Since 2015, the Building Communities Awards has raised £321,500 for 13 charities.

All proceeds from the 2026 ceremony will go to the Efficiency East Midlands Foundation, launched by EEM in 2025, to support community groups across the East Midlands.
