Company Law Members

EEM is incorporated as a company limited by guarantee and is owned and governed by a small number of organisations who make up our 'Company Law Members'. These are currently Rykneld Homes and North East Derbyshire District Council, with more applications currently being considered.

Members (Also known as Authorised Users or Framework Users)

To access EEM frameworks and DPS's, organisations sign an agreement to legally become 'Authorised Users' and these organisations will be referred to as Members in day-to-day operations.
